APT Care was set in 2006 with a sole view of providing good quality care.

We take pride in the provision of care to our service users from many backgrounds with varying needs and requirements. We believe that measure of our success is by the satisfaction of our service users.

We are a progressive company set up with a view of providing highest possible care. We are keen to undertake a thorough assessment of people using our service. This would enable us to tailor the service to the individual's needs and requirements.

Our Regulator

We are regulate dby the Care Quality Commission [ CQC] . The CQC regulate all health and social care sectors. An important part of the CQC is to register and tehreafter to ensure that the servic ebeing provided is fir for purpose.

Notwithstanding the roel of the CQC, we are fully committed to ensure that we follow best practice. We do not promote a blame culture and tehrefore we encourage our staff to be open and transparent with the manafement and our service users. Wherever a bad practic eis identified, we undertake swift actions to put right that what is not.
