All members of the care teams are regularly trained and are well versed in cultural and religious needs of our service users.
We understand that we are all individual people with specfic needs. Our care packe would be fully personlaised to to your needs, whether it be to assist you with washing and dressing or help with hair care. Additionally we would be able to assist with shopping or simply to give a break to family members from care.

We have a specailist team of staff that undertake complex one to one care for those that are bed bound and require full assistance
Irrespective of the location in the country, we would be able to provide you with a skilled care worker to live-in to provide care and companioinship.
We shall ensure that a full fact finsding meeting is held with yourself and your family and friends, if you wish them to be present. This would eb to ensure that the service is tailored to your needs and wishes.
Together with you, we would identify any short, medium or long term outcomes thatyou would wish to achieve and therefore we would set about on a plan of action to work otwards those e.g you may wish to regain greater level of independence such prepraing food and drinks following on from an accident or stroke etc.
Our staff would always respect your culture, religion and any other background. All staff receive full training in respecting equlaity and diversity in our communities.
We understand that occasionally service users have to fund their own care package and can be anxious about the costs. We will be pleased to provide you with a cost plan that is tailored for your needs. We charge a flat rate for all the days of the week so that you would have a clear idea of costs involved. We are able to provide from 15 minutes check calls to 24 hours care. Please telephone your local office or the head office on 01582 451745 for an indication of likely costs for your care. Are you looking for a carer's position? We welcome enquiries from experienced carers or those that have the aptitude to learn, for a variety of shifts. Our experienced carers are paid well above the industry average.
